Though media advertisement (newspapers, internets and other recruitment sources) may launched, some potential candidates might or could just missed that period of advertisement or having limited access to the right media.

The initial aim of this program is also expand our existing Global Database whereby both the local and foreigners who have known or known someone who are out of job or are planning for other career advancement.
