Objective

Tri-Ezlink set up Referral Program with the aim and objective of rewarding a third party person who has successfully assist us in finding candidates who are actively looking for employment or career switch. It is inevitable that due to the current market situation whereby strong force of supply and demand has resulted in difficulty in getting the right person to fit the role and therefore, with the help of your referral, you could assist us in finding the suitable candidate. Though media advertisement (newspapers, internets and other recruitment sources) may launched, some potential candidates might or could just missed that period of advertisement or having limited access to the right media.

The initial aim of this program is also expand our existing Global Database whereby both the local and foreigners who have known or known someone who are out of job or are planning for other career advancement. The following is a few referral reward program for our successful referred candidates and also a way to reward/ appreciate effort for referral: -

S$55.00 per successful deal
Non-office based (Junior staff)
S$55.00 per successful deal
Senior Executive/Administrative Referral
S$75.00 per successful deal
Engineering Referral (All disciplines)
Min S$105.00 per successful deal
Managerial Referral

If you know of anyone looking for job and should we have vacant opening from our clients' request and upon such referral, we shall reward you accordingly to a factor of the above reward as a form of our appreciation to your effort rendered. All currency payout for the referral program shall be in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and cheque will be issued upon in the favor of the referral name only.

 

Special Condition

Not all referral will be automatically qualified for the reward. We look forward for genuine referral together with cooperation from the referral that only when the candidate whom you have referred are being engagged into employment with our clients and in turn, you will be rewarded accordingly with the sum set above. No cash payment shall be paid out without any successful engagement of employment for the candidate that you refer.
